Complaints procedure

Returns

You can return the goods within 14 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges are not possible. If you are interested in a different size or goods, you need to create a new order.
 

Return Policy:

1. Please return the goods to their original condition so that we can refund the full price.

2. Insert the cancellation form into the package along with a copy of the sales receipt (invoice).

3. Pack the parcel carefully to avoid damage in transit.

4. Send the package within 14 days of receipt to Jozef Mongel-Ares, Nitrianska Streda 312, 956 16, Nitrianska Streda, Slovak Republic.

- Do not send the goods on delivery or as a parcel to the post office - they will not be accepted

- the goods must be unworn, packed in the original packaging (which must not be damaged) and capable of resale

- the goods must not have been defaced or damaged by you

5. You can bring the package together with the completed form and invoice to our shop at Nitrianska Streda 312, 956 16, Nitrianska Streda, Slovak Republic.

6. The money will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
 

Claims

Claims procedure:

1. The claimed goods must be cleaned, free of all dirt and hygienic (must be clean, dry, odorless).

2. Pack the package carefully to avoid further damage in transit. Include a completed claim form with the shipment, together with a copy of the sales receipt (invoice).

3. Send the package within 14 days of receipt to Jozef Mongel-Ares, Nitrianska Streda 312, 956 16, Nitrianska Streda, Slovak Republic.
