Ordering goods in the ares-gun.sk online store is very easy, but to be certain, we have prepared a simple guideline on how to buy correctly and without any problems.
 

Choose your goods:

- If you know what goods you want to buy, we recommend using the search at the top of the page. The search box already suggests products that might be related to the text you are typing when you type in the product name.

- If you don't have a product selected yet, select the category with the products you are interested in from the menu. When you click on the selected category, the items will appear in the overview with picture, name and price. Click on the image or product name to get detailed information about the product, variants and sizes with the option to add to your basket.
 

Add the goods to the cart:

-The product will be automatically added to your shopping cart. If you wish to go to the shopping cart to complete your order, click on the CART button. You can continue shopping by selecting any category or by searching for the product. Your shopping cart will still be active.
 

Shipping and payment:

- Choose the shipping method that is most convenient for you. In our online store ares-gun.sk you can pick up the goods in person at our physical store or you can have them delivered by one of the delivery services.

- Personal pick-up in our brick-and-mortar store is free of charge.

- Choose the payment method that best works for you. You can pay for your order e.g. by cash on delivery, prepayment on account or upon personal pick-up in the shop. You can pay in cash or by credit card at the shop.

Order confirmation:

- In this step, you must fill in your details or edit them, and if everything looks right, confirm the order. Fields marked with * are mandatory and necessary to complete the order.

- If you have already made a purchase with us and have created an account, click on "Log in".

- If you wish to have the goods delivered to an address other than the billing address, please tick "I want to enter a different delivery address" and fill in the address to which you wish to have the goods sent.

- If you are purchasing goods for a company, select "I am purchasing for a company" and fill in the necessary company details such as company name, company ID, VAT number and valid VAT number.

- If everything looks right, click on the "SUBMIT ORDER" button, the order will be sent and you will be informed that your order has been successfully shipped.
