SILICONE WATER PROTECTOR® WATER REPELLENT

A highly effective formulation to ensure the water repellency of fabrics and leathers based on silicone polymers. During the drying process the fabrics thicken. Thanks to its patented formulation, the product is unique in that it does not impair the breathability of membrane textiles (Gore-TEX®, Sympatex®, ...). Compared to competing products, it has up to 30% higher durability and treatment efficiency.

- A single spray is all it takes to ensure a perfect effect. Repeated spraying is not recommended.
- It is tested on all natural and synthetic fibre fabrics: nylon, polyester, blends, wool, etc. It is also suitable for suede and sanded leather (nubuck). It does not impair the breathability of sandwich constructions with Gore-tex® and other membranes.
- Improves breathability of clothing and footwear.
- The water-repellent film formed is completely odourless when dry.
- Only minimally alters the colour rendering of natural materials (suitable for testing).
- Treated surface is resistant to salt and map stains.
- It restores and replaces the factory silicone waterproofing of leather boots.
- 10g CO2 is used as the spray propellant (product leaves no carbon footprint).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Shake well before use. Perform a spot test for discoloration first (evaluate after drying). Surface to be treated must be clean and dry. When applying, hold the container upright, nozzle up, 15 - 20 cm from the material to be treated and spray slowly until the surface of the material is evenly wet. A single spray is optimal. Use the treated product only after the product has completely dried and matured (polymerised).

Note: Low temperature, high humidity or reduced air circulation may increase drying and curing time to 48 hours.
