The Nitecore TIP SS is a compact LED keychain with a maximum light output of 360 lumens and a range of 74 m. The frame of the TIP SS is made of hardened aircraft aluminum. The weight of the TIP SS is only 23.5 g even with the built-in 500 mAh Li-ion battery. The battery is charged directly in the body of the flashlight using a micro USB connector. There is also a colour LED light in the switch to give an early warning before the battery runs out. The flashlight can be worn as a keychain or clipped to a belt clip, backpack or hat.
