Dillon Precision RL1100 is a progressive reloading machine for high-volume, match-quality pistol and rifle ammunition (.32 ACP through .308 Win, up to 2.75″ OAL). Includes variable-speed electric case feeder, built-in primer pocket swager, automatic powder measure, and priming system. This 8-station machine is capable of reloading up to 1000-1200 rounds per hour.
The Dillon RL1100 is engineered for shooters who demand high throughput and repeatable, match-quality ammunition. The RL1100 accommodates common cartridges from .32 ACP through .308 Winchester (up to 2.75" overall length) and ships with a variable-speed electric case feeder.
Built for durability and smooth operation, the RL1100 features a roller bearing drive system, a heavier frame for rigidity, and improved shellplate indexing. The machine features an upgraded primer pocket swager with a user-replaceable swage rod tip, a spring-loaded priming station locator, a reinforced toolhead bolt and washer, and is compatible with 1050 caliber conversions. The base configuration provides an auto-indexing shellplate, one die set, an automatic powder measure, an automatic priming system, a low-primer alarm, and the electric casefeeder.
For automated high-volume production, pair the RL1100 with the Dillon Automation DA3000 Autodrive (compatible with RL1100 and CP2000) to process up to 2,000 rounds per hour. Dillon offers a 30-day trial and a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects so customers can test performance risk-free. Highly configurable with casefeed plates, caliber conversions, and optional accessories, like the Precision Bullet Feeder, the RL1100 is ideal for match shooters, clubs, and small-scale ammunition production.
