Arman's Speed Nut quick-release nut

This nut is designed to solve one of the most tedious and frustrating parts of setting up, installing, and removing the Dillon powder dispenser—the wing nut with a sharp metal insert used to adjust the Dillon powder dispenser's safety bar.

We have designed our own quick-release nut that can be removed with the simple push of a button. Pressing the button releases the thread, allowing the nut to be removed or reinstalled in seconds. When the button is released, the nut locks securely onto the threads of the rod, allowing for precise fine adjustment so you can set it exactly where you want it.

A very simple but highly satisfying improvement that allows for virtually hassle-free powder dosage adjustment on your Dillon press. Press the button to loosen the nut, and when you are satisfied, you can secure it by tightening the button.

Lock-in-place function
The Speed Nut is equipped with an integrated locking mechanism: tightening the black knob locks the nut in place, preventing it from loosening during the pressing cycle.

Installation:

1. Loosen the knob by turning it several times so that the spring insert can move freely throughout its entire range.

2. Press the knob and place the nut on the threaded rod.

3. Perform several cycles and adjust the nut to the desired position and tension.

4. Turn the black knob clockwise to secure the nut against unwanted movement.
